• Ilmenite concentrate

  Ilmenite

  Ilmenite is a naturally occurring titanium-iron oxide mineral (FeTiO₃) and one of the primary sources of titanium dioxide (TiO₂). It is typically found in heavy mineral sand deposits and is recognized by its metallic luster and black to brownish-red color. With a high TiO₂ content, ilmenite is an essential raw material for several industrial processes.

  Ilmenite is widely used in the production of titanium dioxide pigments, which provide brightness and opacity in paints, coatings, plastics, and paper. It is also a key feedstock for titanium metal production and has applications in welding, aerospace, and chemical industries.

  Our company offers ilmenite sourced from global mineral deposits, including Africa and other major production regions. • Rutile sand

  Rutile

  Rutile is a naturally occurring mineral composed primarily of titanium dioxide (TiO₂). It is typically found in heavy mineral sand deposits and is characterized by its reddish-brown to black color and high refractive index. Known for its exceptional chemical stability and high TiO₂ content, rutile is a key raw material in various industries.

  Rutile is widely used in the production of titanium metal, titanium dioxide pigments, and welding electrodes. Its high purity and brightness make it an essential component in coatings, plastics, and paper manufacturing.

  Our company supplies rutile sand from leading mineral deposits in Ukraine, Sierra Leone, and South Africa. The African rutile is mined as a collective concentrate and then delivered to China, where it undergoes processing and magnetic separation to ensure high-quality material for industrial applications.

• Zircon sand

  Zircon

  Zircon, also known as zircon silicate (ZrSiO₄), is found in ancient mineral sand deposits. In its crystalline sand form, zircon is typically brown but can also range from colorless to yellow-golden, pink, red, blue, and green. Zircon and its derivatives have a wide range of industrial applications.

  Our company supplies Ukrainian and Indonesian zircon sand, as well as zircon sourced from several African countries. The African zircon is mined as a collective concentrate and subsequently delivered to China, where it is processed and separated through magnetic separation.

  We also offer milled zircon products through our trusted partners in Spain and China, enabling us to produce materials under our direct supervision and quality control. Available products include zircon 325 mesh and zircon 5-micron powders.

• Kyanite-sillimanite sand

  Kyanite-Sillimanite (Dysthene)

  Kyanite-Sillimanite (Dysthene) is mined and produced in Ukraine. It is a member of the Sillimanite group of minerals and is a naturally occurring alumino-silicate refractory raw material which when heated at temperatures between 1000 °C and 1450 °C transforms into mullite (87%) and a highly viscous amorphous silica phase (13%).

  Varied properties and multiple usage within refractory industry. The particular thermal transformation of Dysthene gives it a unique advantage over prefired/ aggregates, with the in situ formation of mullite and secondary mullite with alumina in the matrix that allows significantly better thermal properties such as thermal stability, thermal shock resistance, resistance under load and creep resistance compared to that of pure mullite and other alumina-silicates of similar chemistry. In addition, a volume expansion of Dysthene accompanying its thermal transformation assists in reducing crack formation in castable and fired shape products by offsetting shrinkage of the material.

  The above mentioned properties have opened a large field of applications in basic refractories.

• Fluorspar Products

  Acid Grade Fluorspar (CaF₂ 96%)

  Acid Grade Fluorspar is a high-purity mineral essential for the welding and metal fabrication industry. It is a critical raw material for the production of fluxes, welding rods, and electrodes, where it acts as a slag former to enhance weld quality and stability.

  In welding applications, fluorspar improves arc control, prevents oxidation, and ensures clean, strong weld seams. Its high fluorine content provides excellent slag fluidity and shielding properties, making it indispensable for low-hydrogen electrodes and other specialty welding consumables.

  Our Acid Grade Fluorspar is sourced from trusted Chinese and Mexican producers, processed for consistent purity, and supplied to meet the strict quality standards of welding consumable manufacturers worldwide.

  Fluorspar Briquettes (CaF₂ 85%)

  Fluorspar Briquettes are an economical, metallurgical-grade product made from blended and compressed fluorspar concentrates. Designed for steelmaking, iron smelting, and foundry applications, briquetted fluorspar improves slag fluidity, enhances desulfurization, and increases furnace efficiency.

  This product is ideal for bulk handling and helps reduce dust loss during transportation and use. Our company works closely with leading Chinese producers to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality fluorspar briquettes.
